The hotel rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with smart TVs for our convenience, but unfortunately had some cockroaches. The service was accommodating and understanding, with friendly staff members. The location, while near a busy public market, was convenient for transportation, although the surrounding construction made it a bit noisy at times. Dining options were accessible to various city areas but somewhat lacking in variety.

The hotel offers good value for money, but the checking process needs improvement. The rooms were dusty, but overall decent. The service from all staff was supportive and efficient, including the kind Nepal guard. The location has some drawbacks like being in a crowded area, but it's equipped with essential amenities.
